Armed with a platform and an inventory of their profiles to assess their brand’s performance vis-à-vis those of their main competitors in social media, Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Managers of some of the top retail and property brands in the country attended Kpability and Emplifi’s Social Media Audit Workshop, in the cozy confines of the Shakespeare ballroom of Discovery Primea in Makati.

The Social Media “Auditors” rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on audit, viewed their brands and their competitors on Emplifi’s Social Analytics Dashboards, and generated social media KPI reports on-site, real time.  Emplifi Philippines’ Accounts Leader Ms. Fritzlyn Hernandez and Emplifi Solution Ambassador Ms. Lakshmi Sisidharan, helped the ‘Auditors’ set-up and use the platform for the afternoon.

Effective Social Media management requires that brands compare their Social Media presence with that of their competitors on a regular basis and know how their brands perform against them.
