A seasoned management consultant specializing in strategy, marketing, CRM, and customer analytics. MONTY established Kpability in 2007 with his core advocacy to bring the Customer-centric business philosophy to his clients. Under his leadership, Kpability emerged as a premier provider of CRM, Customer Analytics, Customer Interaction Management, and Digital Customer Engagement services catering to a diverse mix of players in a variety of industries in the country. Monty earned his MBA from the Edinburgh Business School and his Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the University of the Philippines. He also earned graduate certificates in Strategic Marketing and Finance from the Asian Institute of Management.


RHOY has been orchestrating enterprise systems implementations, data warehousing, and customer analytics, for more than two decades, with remarkable executive positions at Jollibee Foods and SM’s Marketing Convergence Inc. As Chief Technology and Information Officer at Kpabiliity, the team, partners, and clients, benefit from RHOY’s enterprise experience and practice in solutions provisioning, business intelligence, and data analytics. RHOY has been driving customer-centric IT systems through collaboration, and results-driven approaches to ensure project success and continuous improvement. With 24+ years in the IT industry, Rhoy is armed with a BS in Computer Engineering.

SETH has been honing his expertise in customer engagement, CRM, customer intelligence, and analytics for more almost two decades, enabling him to lead Kpability’s Customer Intelligence and Customer Engagement Management practice. Seth’s experience, analytics precision, and ‘always curious and questioning’ mind brought him to top enterprise roles including Analytics Advocacy at Globe Telecoms, Analytics Adoption at the SM Group’s Marketing Convergence, Inc. - the organization behind the widely popular SM Advantage reward program, and as Customer Intelligence Lead at SAS Institute Philippines. Seth has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce and majored in Information Systems Management.
