Marco Polo Ortigas’ ballroom was packed with digital innovators seeking to understand how social proof impacts conversion and the new trends in live commerce, at Kpability and Emplifi’s   UGC x Live Commerce:  Discover the Future of E-Commerce last September 28, 2023.

Digital marketers from various industry sectors including agency, financial services, e-commerce and logistics, hotel and tourism, health, and the academe listened to the trends report delivered by Emplifi’s Philippines Accounts Leader Fritzlyn Hernandez.  Emplifi’s UGC Ambassador Mr. Shakil Dowla, and  Solution Ambassador Ms. Lakshmi Sisidharan “zoomed-in” from London and Singapore respectively, to provide the curious crowd an overview of Emplifi’s User Generated Content and Live Commerce platforms and show how these new solutions help in converting sales on social.
