Emplifi’s proprietary AI-machine learning engine that powers it’s best in class Social Marketing Cloud platform was presented by Mr. Gabriel Jiawen Tay, Director of Customer Solution for Emplifi at  Kpability’s Social Media Audit Primer series, a precursor to a Social Media Audit Workshop last  March 15, 2023 at the Discovery Primea.   Emplifi’s Mr. Sumit Gupta for Enterprise Sales and Ms. Fritzlyn Hernandez,  Emplifi Philippines Accounts Lead also graced the event.

Emplifi’s Social Marketing Cloud Platform helps marketers eliminate the small tedious tasks associated with social media marketing among them: posting for multiple brands to multiple social media channels, tracking multiple influencers and sentiments, understanding how brands are performing against competitors and other  benchmarks in the channels where they are present, and last but not least regularly reporting on  social media KPIs to aid strategy and guide future social media programs and communications.

The PRIMER was convened to help marketers understand the basic platform features in preparation for conducting their own Social Media Audit for their brands and competitors.
